Storage
My cakes contain no artificial preservatives, so it is best eaten at room temperature and on the day you receive or collect your cakes.
It will still be fresh and last up to a week in the fridge if kept in air tight container and wrapped well.
Please remember to take them out a few hours before you enjoy them as they are best eaten at room temperature.
